The outlook from the living room is directly toward the pink lake. Features include a full-sized separate bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed (that can be split to two single beds upon request), full floor-to-ceiling block-out curtains and a clothes rack. The full-sized bathroom sports a large shower cabinet with rain-shower and hand-held shower, modern water flushing toilet and modern vanity unit with large mirror. The kitchen area has a kitchen table with seating for up to six people, full sized fridge-freezer, kettle, electric hotplate, toaster, microwave, nespresso coffee pod machine, double sink and all the crockery and cutlery etc guests would ever need. The living area has a large sofa that converts to a queen-sized sofa bed for two guests.
Large double glazed sliding doors to the North and East provide plenty of natural light. Two reverse-cycle air conditioners, one in the living area and another in the bedroom ensure year round comfort no matter the weather conditions. Outside there is a large patio deck on two sides of the tiny house, a garden area and there is free parking directly beside the tiny house. This house caters best for guests wanting all-on-one-level living, or who prefer more living space than a traditional tiny house and a water flushing toilet.
The check-in and check-out process is contactless with key access provided through a key-lock box at the front door. The owner is readily contactable 24/7 by phone and messaging.
