The original tiny house ‘Sakura’ is self-contained, cosy, eco-friendly accommodation.

Two loft bedrooms with authentic Japanese futons comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Tastefully decorated throughout and with Japanese ‘washi’ art and incorporating many clever design features – the inside is light and roomy. The wooden front patio deck has an ‘egg’ chair that overlooks the pink lake. Solar panels on the roof and a battery provide the electrical power and there is also a 5,000 litre rainwater tank. Mains power and water are also connected as a backup

The check-in and check-out process is contactless with key access provided through a key-lock box at the front door. The owner is readily contactable 24/7 by phone and messaging.

A 5-star rated, fully hosted experience is also available upon request (at an additional cost). This premium package is an amazing experience for special occasions and International guests. The package includes a Korean BBQ Hotplate Dinner served in your tiny house, followed by an Aussie-style outdoor campfire experience with roasted marshmallows and billy tea and a star-talk.

Luxurious eco-friendly tiny houses on wheels available for short term stays. The only tiny houses located adjacent a ‘pink lake’ in all of Australia.

Unsuitable for infants ( < 3 years) due to the stairs – No smoking or pets allowed inside. No shoes policy in the upstairs loft rooms.

Guests must be able to use stairs or a ladder to access the loft bedrooms. The hosts are committed to enhanced cleaning protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. A smoke alarm and fire extinguisher are fitted and first-aid kit is available.

BOOKINGS
Bookings for tours require seven days advance notice.
Full payment is required prior to booking confirmation.
Last minute bookings may be possible to accommodate, but subject to availability. For urgent bookings we recommend you call us.

PAYMENT
We require a full payment to secure the booking. This will be deducted from your credit card after we receive your booking request. Payment via a credit card will incur a 1.5% surcharge. Once payment is received we will send an email confirmation of your booking.

CANCELLATIONS
100% refund for any cancellations made due to Government restrictions imposed to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Cancellations with advance notice of more than 14 days: we will issue or credit note or offer a full refund minus a $55 handling fee.
Cancellations between 7-13 days: we will issue or credit note or offer a refund of 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations within 7 days or no-show on day of departure: no refund will be applicable.
