‘Secrets of the Sea’ is a luxurious three-bedroom holiday house with a private lagoon beach in a quiet cul-de-sac in Encounter Bay (Victor Harbor) about 90 minutes south from Adelaide.

Stylishly decorated and spacious inside, the living and dining areas and back patio overlook the beach. The master bedroom features a Queen bed with ensuite, second bedroom a queen bed, third bedroom a double bunk-bed. The modern well-appointed kitchen has all the mod-cons including stainless steel fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dish-washer, coffee machine and much more.

The living room features a large LCD TV, with free Wifi, Netflix and Disney Channels. There is a washer/dryer in the laundry. The rear patio faces north to a private beach, perfect for enjoying sunset drinks, a quiet paddle in a kayak or a Weber BBQ. Two kayaks are available for guest use once a waiver has been signed.

A perfect extremely relaxing getaway home with a multitude of attractions and activities in the surrounding Fleurieu Peninsula region.

BOOKINGS
Bookings for tours require seven days advance notice.
Full payment is required prior to booking confirmation.
Last minute bookings may be possible to accommodate, but subject to availability. For urgent bookings we recommend you call us.

PAYMENT
We require a full payment to secure the booking. This will be deducted from your credit card after we receive your booking request. Payment via a credit card will incur a 1.5% surcharge. Once payment is received we will send an email confirmation of your booking.

CANCELLATIONS
100% refund for any cancellations made due to Government restrictions imposed to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Cancellations with advance notice of more than 14 days: we will issue or credit note or offer a full refund minus a $55 handling fee.
Cancellations between 7-13 days: we will issue or credit note or offer a refund of 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations within 7 days or no-show on day of departure: no refund will be applicable.
