We have Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Birthdays, Weddings, and Christmas gifts covered. Gift vouchers for a one or two night stay for two guests or a voucher can also be tailored to your requirements. Vouchers are valid for 12 months, and are available for experiences or set amounts in $50 increments. To redeem, the voucher recipient simply contacts us to redeem for the dates that suit them (subject to availability).

Accommodation booking dates are subject to availability.
The voucher is only valid with a voucher code after payment has been received.
The voucher is transferable but not refundable and not redeemable for cash.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the issue date and must be surrendered at the time of booking.

BOOKINGS
Bookings for tours require seven days advance notice.
Full payment is required prior to booking confirmation.
Last minute bookings may be possible to accommodate, but subject to availability. For urgent bookings we recommend you call us.

PAYMENT
We require a full payment to secure the booking. This will be deducted from your credit card after we receive your booking request. Payment via a credit card will incur a 1.5% surcharge. Once payment is received we will send an email confirmation of your booking.

CANCELLATIONS
100% refund for any cancellations made due to Government restrictions imposed to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Cancellations with advance notice of more than 14 days: we will issue or credit note or offer a full refund minus a $55 handling fee.
Cancellations between 7-13 days: we will issue or credit note or offer a refund of 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations within 7 days or no-show on day of departure: no refund will be applicable.
